Black Kite and Sayari Partner on Integrated Cyber and Corporate Risk Intelligence
Black Kite and Sayari have announced a strategic partnership to integrate corporate transparency data with continuous cyber risk intelligence, according to a press release. The collaboration aims to help organizations identify hidden threats across supply chains and corporate networks by combining Sayari’s insights into global ownership and trade activity with Black Kite’s cyber risk monitoring and ratings.
The integration allows users to assess both the relationships and the cyber exposure of third parties within a single platform. Customers can enrich risk assessments with data on ownership structures, trade dependencies, and potential exposure to financial crime or geopolitical risk, while simultaneously evaluating cyber posture.
The combined solution supports use cases such as due diligence, supply chain monitoring, compliance checks, and merger or acquisition assessments. It is designed to reduce manual research and connect previously separate data sources, enabling faster and more complete visibility into risk across extended enterprise networks.
