BizzyCar Secures $20 Million to Enhance AI Recall Management
BizzyCar, a leader in AI-powered recall management solutions for dealerships, has raised $20 million in a follow-on to its Series B funding round. The round was led by existing investor Dealer Tire, with participation from new investor FM Capital, bringing the company's total funding to over $50 million. This was announced in a press release.
The funding comes as BizzyCar reaches a significant milestone, with dealerships using its platform generating more than $250 million in incremental revenue. The company is expanding its market presence by adding over 100 rooftops per month and enhancing its product suite. BizzyCar's platform includes AI-powered tools for recall outreach, retention, and service department optimization, as well as mobile service.
By the end of 2025, nearly 1,000 dealers are expected to use BizzyCar's mobile service platform. The company reports that dealerships often see more than a tenfold return on investment, with increased appointment volumes and improved customer retention. The new funding will support continued AI-led product development and scaling operations to meet growing dealer demand.
