Belfry Software Adds AI Dispatch and Recruiting Tools

Belfry Software announced in a press release two new capabilities for its Belle AI teammate and launched Belfry Recruiting, an applicant tracking system for its customers.

Belle AI Dispatch monitors missed clock ins, unconfirmed shifts, abandoned posts, early clock outs and inactive shifts. It contacts officers through text and voice, then escalates cases that require human intervention. Belfry says that at LincRo Security Solutions the tool responded to 2,719 missed clock ins, and 2,343 of them, about 86%, ended with the officer on the clock.

Belle AI Assistant lets operators ask natural language questions about scheduling, timekeeping, payroll, billing, overtime and expiring licenses or certifications. Belfry Recruiting supports job posting, JobTarget distribution and candidate pipeline tracking, then moves new hires into onboarding, scheduling and payroll. AI Dispatch is a paid add on, while Belfry Recruiting is available as an add on for all customers.
