Avathon and Armada Collaborate to Enhance Industrial AI in Remote Areas
Avathon, a leader in Industrial AI, has announced a collaboration with Armada, a full-stack edge infrastructure provider, to enhance the deployment of AI applications in remote industrial areas. This partnership integrates Avathon's computer vision applications with Armada's Galleon modular data centers, enabling prescriptive maintenance and inventory management in environments with limited connectivity.
The collaboration allows customers to access Avathon's Industrial AI Platform through the Armada Marketplace, facilitating seamless deployment in disconnected and bandwidth-constrained locations such as offshore oil rigs and mining operations. This initiative is part of Avathon's strategy to extend its systems-level Industrial AI platform to industries worldwide.
The new capabilities are being showcased at the LEAP 2025 technology conference in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Armada's CEO, Dan Wright, emphasized the importance of their edge infrastructure in making AI deployment effortless, while Avathon's CEO, Pervinder Johar, highlighted the strengthened accessibility and power of their AI platform through this partnership.
