Autodesk Previews Agentic AI Tools for Its Industry Clouds

Autodesk previewed new agentic AI capabilities across its three industry clouds, Forma for architecture, engineering and construction, Fusion for design and manufacturing, and Flow for media and entertainment, at Autodesk University 2026, as it announced in a press release. The expanded Autodesk Assistant will use connected project data and industry context to identify issues and take actions across workflows.

The experience includes Personal Pulse, which prioritizes issues and insights across projects, and Assistant Spaces, which gives teams focused areas for investigation and collaboration. Assistant Builder will let customers connect their own AI agents, tools and partner services to Autodesk project context.

Autodesk AI Orchestrator evaluates models based on task requirements such as accuracy, speed, security and cost. The current Autodesk Assistant is generally available across many products, including Forma, Fusion and Flow. The expanded experience is not yet generally available and is planned to begin rolling out in 2027, with availability, subscription terms and regional details to be announced then.
