Arbital Health has introduced ATLAS, a new actuarial modeling tool to help Accountable Care Organizations evaluate provider networks and financial performance under the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services' new LEAD Model.

Arbital Health has launched ATLAS, an actuarial modeling tool that helps Accountable Care Organizations evaluate provider networks and financial outcomes under the new Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) LEAD Model, announced in a press release.

ATLAS, short for ACO TIN Level Analysis and Simulation, enables organizations to analyze provider composition, benchmark performance, and shared savings potential. The tool is built on Arbital’s Actuarial AI platform and integrates national Virtual Research Data Center information with proprietary actuarial logic.

The CMS LEAD Model, which replaces the ACO REACH program, introduces new risk adjustment methods, quality withholds, and benchmark structures. ATLAS allows users to model these elements, test expense and risk trends, and calculate CMS benchmarking by cohort.

According to Arbital, ATLAS eliminates manual spreadsheet-based modeling and allows users to begin simulations immediately ahead of the August TIN-add deadline. It also supports financial planning across LEAD, MSSP, and other ACO risk programs.
