Arkestro adds recurring supplier price reviews and MCP connectivity

Arkestro launches Pricing Updates and Model Context Protocol connectivity, the company announced in a press release. Both offerings are available now and were demonstrated at the Optimal '26 conference in Houston.

Pricing Updates lets procurement teams schedule recurring reviews in which suppliers confirm prices or submit changes. Arkestro evaluates proposed changes against the original negotiation and can suggest counteroffers or feedback before new prices take effect. The system also accounts for local currencies, freight, tooling and commodity index pricing.

The MCP connection makes Arkestro's procurement data and functions available to compatible AI agents under access and action controls defined by each enterprise. Agents can monitor sourcing activity, summarize items that need attention, draft supplier communications and prepare competitive bids.
