AnitaB.org has launched an AI-powered Talent Network in collaboration with Findem to connect diverse technologists with recruiters and improve equity in tech hiring.

AnitaB.org announced in a press release the launch of the AnitaB.org Talent Network, developed in partnership with Findem. The platform aims to connect recruiters with vetted, diverse technologists through AI-powered search and matching tools.

The Talent Network currently hosts more than 15,000 profiles and is expected to expand to over 100,000 professionals in engineering, AI, and data science. Recruiters can use the system to identify high-potential candidates while reducing hiring time and improving candidate quality through AI-driven insights.

Job seekers can access more than 30,000 listings from nearly 200 corporate partners committed to building diverse teams. The platform’s “3D profiles” allow candidates to highlight their skills, experience, and career goals, while AI matching ensures visibility with employers aligned on equity and inclusion priorities.

AnitaB.org stated that the initiative provides both recruiters and job seekers with greater transparency and opportunity across the technology industry.
