Alpha7x Secures Patent-Pending Status for AI Mortgage Agents
Alpha7x has secured patent-pending status for its AI-Agent Data and Document Orchestration Engine, announced in a press release. This platform automates manual tasks across the mortgage lifecycle, reducing labor by up to 70% without requiring system integration or additional staff.
The patent application, titled "System and Method for Data and Document Orchestration in Residential Mortgage Operations," protects Alpha7x's multi-agent execution engine. This engine automates tasks in origination, servicing, and post-close workflows, functioning as a digital workforce that enhances existing systems without disruption.
Alpha7x's AI agents perform roles such as collateral review and post-close quality control, offering stateless processing and a domain-specific knowledge graph to ensure compliance and accuracy. The service is delivered without the need for IT integration and is priced based on outcomes, aligning costs with the savings generated.
With the patent-pending status, Alpha7x plans to expand its agent library and accelerate its commercial rollout, with a general release expected in Q3 2025.
