AKA Foods Launches Alchemy and Opens Atlas Beta for Food R&D

European food technology company AKA Foods said in a press release that AKA Studio Alchemy is now available to all customers and AKA Atlas is open for invite only beta applications. Alchemy is the third generation of AKA Studio, the company’s secure AI platform for food R&D.

Alchemy supports the food R&D loop of ideation, formulation, sensory work, and audit. It can create projects, generate candidate recipes, read product labels from photos, update briefs, capture tasting feedback, and run regulatory audits, with user approval required before actions.

AKA Atlas builds a private, verified model of a company’s food science using internal knowledge, published science, patents, and regulations. It types and connects ingredients, processes, and effects, assigns confidence scores, and attaches sources to answers.

AKA Atlas connects read only to existing company systems and supports on premise, air gapped, and Sovereign AI deployment. AKA Foods says customer data does not train a shared model and does not leave the customer boundary.
