Agile Defense Wins CDAO Contract for Agentic AI Development
Agile Defense announced in a press release that it has secured a $2 million contract through the Chief Digital and Artificial Intelligence Office (CDAO) Tradewinds acquisition ecosystem. The contract supports the Enterprise Mission Area within CDAO and focuses on developing agentic AI workflows for the U.S. Department of War.
Under the one-year Prototype OTA contract, Agile Defense will design, build, and lead implementation teams to create enterprise agentic AI workflows in operational environments. The effort aims to evaluate mission utility and guide the integration of frontier AI models into Department of War operations.
According to Agile Defense, the project emphasizes scalable adoption of agentic AI across enterprise systems rather than limited pilot programs. The company will provide technical leadership and architecture to support AI integration within mission workflows.
