Lightfield raised $47 million for an AI agent focused CRM platform, while Clay raised $115 million at a $7.1 billion valuation for its sales and marketing software. ServiceNow also acquired go to market AI startup Sweep, with the deal reportedly valued at hundreds of millions of dollars.

Constant Contact introduced a Claude connector for creating email and social campaigns through chat, and CallRail launched beta tools that let AI voice agents schedule appointments in HubSpot. Elsewhere, FINTRX, NOHOLD, Qualtrics, and Truist released or expanded AI tools for prospecting, customer service, experience analysis, and call center workflows.

Lightfield raised a $47 million Series A led by Andreessen Horowitz to expand its CRM for companies using AI agents. The platform records customer interactions across email, calendars, calls, Slack and LinkedIn, and reports more than 5,000 signups since November 2025. Read more
