Constant Contact Adds Campaign Creation to Claude

Constant Contact has launched a Claude connector that lets customers create email campaigns and social posts through conversations with the AI assistant.

Constant Contact announced in a press release a connector for Claude, the AI assistant from Anthropic. Customers can describe their business, audience and campaign goals in Claude, then generate drafts for email campaigns and social posts.

The connector can suggest subject lines, preheader text, captions and calls to action. Users can preview content for desktop and mobile, create posts for TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn, and transfer images from Claude to Constant Contact's My Library.

A link sends users back to Constant Contact to select a contact list, complete campaign details and send or publish the content. Constant Contact also handles email delivery and campaign reporting.
