Relate names Kristy McCann Flynn as cofounder, the company said in a press release. She will work with the founding team on customer growth, strategic partnerships, fundraising, product strategy, and market expansion.

McCann Flynn previously cofounded and led SkillCycle as CEO, raising more than $15 million. She has more than 25 years of experience across human resources technology, operations, investing, people, and culture.

Relate provides an AI relationship intelligence platform that analyzes conversations and communication patterns. Its Vocal Intelligence technology evaluates factors such as tone, energy, pace, humor, and conversational dynamics.
