HumanTronik Acquires CloudMoyo for Microsoft Enterprise AI Services

HumanTronik has acquired CloudMoyo, adding Microsoft engineering, contract intelligence and global enterprise delivery capabilities. Financial terms were not disclosed.

HumanTronik acquires CloudMoyo, the companies said in a press release. Financial terms were not disclosed.

CloudMoyo will continue operating under its existing brand, with no changes to customer teams, contracts or service commitments. The company adds more than a decade of engineering experience across Microsoft Azure, Fabric and Foundry, along with expertise in Icertis Contract Intelligence.

HumanTronik develops Human Language Models and governed AI agents that work within Microsoft Outlook, Teams and other enterprise systems. The combined company plans to deploy teams of employees and AI agents across business functions using Microsoft Work IQ, Fabric IQ and Foundry IQ.
