Zoho Expands AI Offerings with Zia LLM and New AI Agents
Zoho Corporation has announced significant advancements in its AI portfolio, introducing Zia LLM, a proprietary large language model, and a suite of AI-powered agents. These developments aim to enhance operational efficiency and provide financial benefits across various business functions.
Zia LLM, developed in-house using NVIDIA's AI accelerated computing platform, consists of three models with varying parameters, optimized for different user contexts. This model supports structured data extraction, summarization, and code generation, and will be deployed across Zoho's data centers in the US, India, and Europe.
In addition to Zia LLM, Zoho has introduced Zia Agents, featuring over 25 ready-to-deploy AI agents available in the Agent Marketplace. The Zia Agent Studio, a no-code agent builder, allows users to create custom agents, while the Model Context Protocol (MCP) server facilitates integration with third-party agents.
Zoho's new AI offerings are designed to support various business roles, including sales development and customer support, with agents like the Customer Service Agent and the Revenue Growth Specialist. These tools are expected to be available to customers in the coming months, with general availability anticipated by the end of 2025.
