YOOBIC has introduced its Fall 2025 platform release, adding new AI-driven capabilities for retail operations, analytics, and training announced in a press release. The update extends the platform’s AI suite, user experience, and data integration features across store operations and frontline performance management.

The release includes expanded access to YOOBIC’s generative AI engine, now available to all users for creating learning content, quizzes, and internal communications. The new AI Learning Lesson Builder 2.0 uses natural language processing to ensure accuracy and structure in generated materials. Additionally, AI Post Formatting automatically adjusts layouts and visual elements based on brand identity and engagement data.

The platform’s NEO Assistant chatbot now supports enhanced analytics, enabling tracking of user interactions and feedback accuracy. New business KPI tracking within the Activity Hub allows retail teams to view metrics such as conversion rates and average basket size directly in their workflows. These updates integrate performance insights into daily operations.

YOOBIC has also redesigned its interface for faster navigation and mobile optimization, aiming to simplify AI-driven workflows. The company reports that its platform now serves over 350 global retail brands across fashion, grocery, and hospitality sectors.
