Yellow.ai Introduces Nexus, a Universal Agentic Interface for Enterprises
Yellow.ai has launched Nexus, described as the industry's first Universal Agentic Interface, announced in a press release. The company says Nexus will enable enterprises to move from traditional software tools to autonomous service systems that execute tasks with minimal human oversight.
Nexus functions as an intelligent layer across an enterprise’s technology stack, integrating data from conversations, CRM systems, and workflows. It operates autonomously within defined guardrails, requiring human input only for strategic decisions.
The system is structured around three core components referred to as Eyes (Understanding), Hands (Execution), and Autonomy (Authority for Action). According to Yellow.ai, Nexus achieved a 98.9% success rate during early access testing across eight regions, where 77 AI agents were built autonomously for various brands.
Nexus is now available for enterprise customers, with additional information and demo requests accessible through Yellow.ai’s website.
