Xactus Appoints Crispen Masunda as Chief AI Architect

Xactus has appointed Crispen Masunda as Chief AI Architect to lead its artificial intelligence strategy and accelerate development of the Xactus360 Intelligent Verification Platform for the mortgage industry.

Xactus announced in a press release the appointment of Crispen Masunda as Chief AI Architect. Masunda will oversee the company's artificial intelligence strategy and guide the continued evolution of the Xactus360 Intelligent Verification Platform.

Masunda brings more than 15 years of experience in enterprise AI and analytics across both public and private sectors. His expertise includes predictive modeling, conversational AI, decision support systems, and large scale analytics implementations.

According to the company, the new role reflects Xactus's goal to expand its use of AI across its verification platform. The firm has applied AI since 2022 and plans to further integrate governed and transparent AI solutions to improve efficiency and data management for lenders.

Xactus stated that this investment will enhance the development of AI enabled tools that support compliant and efficient mortgage decision making.
