WorkBright has launched WorkBright+, an AI and human service for full cycle I-9 management, the company announced in a press release. The Boulder company says the service reduces the cost of full service I-9 management by 50 percent.

WorkBright+ covers Section 2 completion, E-Verify case management, ongoing compliance, and reverifications. The service uses AI for automated checks and workflow guidance, while human compliance experts review items that enter an audit trail.

The company said WorkBright+ will cover costs tied to audit errors in I-9 cases it managed. WorkBright said the service is intended for employers that want to outsource the full I-9 and E-Verify process.
