Varonis Integrates Agentic AI for Enhanced Threat Detection
Varonis Systems, Inc. has introduced agentic AI to its Managed Data Detection and Response (MDDR) service, enhancing its threat detection capabilities, announced in a press release. The new AI agents autonomously perform tasks such as triage, investigation, and containment, allowing human analysts to focus on more complex issues.
The agentic AI operates independently, correlating log data and associating IP addresses with known threat actors. This automation helps eliminate noise, enabling analysts to prioritize significant threats. Over time, the AI agents improve by learning from historical incidents and analyst feedback.
Varonis' agentic AI is now a native feature of the MDDR service, providing customers with 24x7 data defense and an industry-leading service level agreement (SLA).
