Vantage Foundation and Banking Academy of Vietnam Launch AI Finance Program for 1,500 Participants
The Vantage Foundation, in collaboration with the Banking Academy of Vietnam, has launched a nationwide program to train more than 1,500 students and educators in AI-driven financial data analysis and decision-making, announced in a press release. The initiative, titled “Financial Data Analysis and Decision-Making in the Era of Artificial Intelligence (AI),” was held on March 12 and 14 at the Banking Academy’s Hanoi campus and included online participation from across Vietnam.
More than 10 universities co-organized the program, including the University of Economics Ho Chi Minh City, National Economics University, Vietnam National University campuses in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City, and the Foreign Trade University. A Training-of-Trainers session was also conducted for over 250 professors to strengthen AI analytics capabilities among finance educators.
Industry experts provided practical sessions on AI applications in financial markets. Presentations included financial data analytics by FiinGroup and demonstrations of AI-enabled trading software by Goline Financial Technology JSC.
According to the Banking Academy, the collaboration aims to support Vietnam’s National Digital Transformation Strategy by equipping future finance professionals with AI and data analysis skills. The program concluded with a certificate ceremony recognizing participants’ completion of the training.
