U.S. Army Licenses Exiger AI Software for Supply Chain Risk Management
The U.S. Army has awarded a multi-million dollar contract to Exiger to license its 1Exiger AI software for the Army Materiel Command, announced in a press release. The platform will deliver AI-driven supply chain illumination, orchestration, and monitoring capabilities to support the Army’s sustainment activities across major categories, including aviation, munitions, and communications.
1Exiger will process structured and unstructured data from technical packages, supplier datasets, and commercial intelligence sources to provide real-time visibility into multi-tier supply chains. The system will generate risk scores, issue disruption alerts, and offer automated courses of action to enhance supplier selection, forecasting, and manufacturing efficiency.
The software will integrate with the Army’s Weapon System 360 and Vantage environments to deliver decision-ready intelligence. This integration is designed to reduce lead times, improve sourcing, and strengthen resilience in contested environments by enabling rapid, AI-driven responses to supply chain disruptions.
According to Exiger, the deployment will help the Army identify vulnerabilities, evaluate alternative suppliers, and bolster production resilience across its sustainment operations.
