Unanet Expands Champ Agents Across ERP and CRM Products

Unanet has expanded Champ Agents, powered by Wyatt, to Unanet GovCon ERP and Unanet AEC CRM. The AI agents answer questions, automate recurring work, and support workflows across project based businesses.

Unanet announced in a press release that Champ Agents, powered by Wyatt, is now available across more of its ERP and CRM portfolio. After an initial launch in Unanet AE ERP earlier this year, the product is now available for Unanet GovCon ERP and Unanet AEC CRM, with Unanet GovCon CRM planned later this quarter.

Champ Agents lets customers ask questions in plain language, automate repeatable work, monitor business conditions, and create interactive ways to work with data. The system uses data from Unanet and connected business systems rather than requiring teams to move information into a separate AI tool.

For Unanet AEC CRM, the agents support business development and marketing work, including client preparation, pursuit tracking, and proposal preparation. For Unanet GovCon ERP and AE ERP, the agents support finance, project, and operations teams with performance monitoring, recurring analysis, project delivery, financial management, and compliance workflows.
