Tyfone Acquires ATTUNE for Digital Banking and Lending Platform
Tyfone has acquired ATTUNE to add account opening, deposit funding, loan origination and servicing to its platform, the company announced in a press release.
The acquisition expands Tyfone's digital origination and lending tools for community financial institutions. The combined platform supports consumer and business account opening, deposit funding, consumer and business loan origination, servicing and digital banking.
ATTUNE's technology will become part of Tyfone's Loanovia lending platform. Tyfone said the platform now covers origination, payments, collections, borrower engagement and digital account opening.
The company said ATTUNE's account opening and loan origination tools can run with existing core and digital banking systems, or connect with Tyfone's nFinia Digital Banking Solution. Tyfone also said the expanded platform includes AI powered engagement features.
