PayJoy to Acquire Finia AI Assets for Credit Underwriting
PayJoy will acquire select strategic assets from Finia AI, the company announced in a press release. The transaction will add Finia's AI underwriting technology and experience serving small businesses in Mexico to PayJoy's global platform.
Finia developed methods for assessing applicants with limited financial data or formal credit history. It used the technology to offer credit cards and installment loans to tens of thousands of small and informal businesses in Mexico.
PayJoy serves more than 20 million customers across nine countries in Latin America, Africa and Asia. The companies are also working to give eligible Finia customers access to PayJoy loans and other financial products, subject to approval.

Tensordyne
This Tensordyne whitepaper presents Napier, an inference-focused AI processor and rack-scale system based on the company’s TDN Math logarithmic number system.
