Tsavorite Secures Over $100 Million in Pre-Orders for AI Chips
Tsavorite has secured more than $100 million in pre-orders for its AI chips from enterprises and cloud providers across the U.S., Asia, and Europe, reports Reuters. The company’s hardware is designed to scale artificial intelligence workloads efficiently.
The startup’s flagship product, the Omni Processing Unit (OPU), combines central and graphics processing units, memory, and connectivity into a single device. This unified architecture allows the chip to be configured for different markets and use cases.
Founded in 2023 by former Intel and chip industry veterans, Tsavorite plans to deliver its chips and enterprise-grade AI appliances by next year. The company is using Samsung’s SF4X process technology to manufacture the OPU.
Tsavorite has not disclosed its valuation or total funding raised to date.
