Triomics AI Platform to Support Clinical Trial Screening at Memorial Sloan Kettering

October 29, 2025
Triomics has partnered with Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center to implement its AI-powered platform for automating clinical trial matching, aiming to streamline patient screening and expand access to active trials.

Triomics has partnered with Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center to deploy its AI-powered clinical trial matching and screening platform, announced in a press release. The collaboration will integrate the system into MSK’s active clinical trials through the institution’s iHub and Clinical Research Innovation Consortium (CRIC) programs.

The Triomics platform automatically parses oncology medical records, including clinician notes and PDFs, to identify eligible clinical trials for patients. The system provides itemized, criterion-based rationales and source citations for each match, reducing manual screening times that can take up to 45 minutes per patient.

The rollout will occur in two phases, expanding from initial deployment to cover all active trials across MSK. The collaboration also includes exploring the use of Triomics’ platform in decentralized clinical trials at MSK’s satellite clinics and partner institutions in the tri-state area.

As part of the partnership, MSK’s Senior Vice President for Clinical Research, Paul Sabbatini, will join Triomics’ Customer Advisory Board to support the responsible scaling of the technology across its network of partner cancer centers.
