Everest Group named TELUS Digital a Leader in its 2026 Customer Experience Management Services assessment for the Americas.

TELUS Digital said in a press release that Everest Group named it a Leader in the 2026 Customer Experience Management Services PEAK Matrix Assessment for the Americas. This is the eighth consecutive year it received the designation, with eight Leaders selected among 48 providers.

The assessment cited the Fuel iX product suite, a global delivery network supporting more than 50 languages, industry expertise, technology partnerships, flexible commercial models and outcome based pricing. Fuel iX tools include Agent Assist and Agent Trainer, while listed partners include Google Cloud, Zendesk, Five9, Amazon Connect, Cresta, ElevenLabs and Verint.

Everest Group also placed TELUS Digital as a Major Contender in its 2026 assessments for Europe, the Middle East and Africa, and for Asia Pacific. The firm evaluated providers using market impact, service scope, investments, delivery footprint and value delivered.
