Skan AI said in a press release that Everest Group named it a Leader in the 2026 Digital Interaction Intelligence Products PEAK Matrix Assessment. This is the third consecutive year Skan AI has received the classification.

Everest Group evaluated Skan AI and 16 other companies that provide visibility into how work is performed and how teams interact with applications. The assessment measured providers on market impact, vision and capability.

Skan AI said its revenue tripled over the past year, contributing to a higher market impact score. Everest Group also cited the company's product vision and additions for AI opportunity discovery, conversational process insights and context for AI agents.
