Spotnana Introduces Multi Agent AI Architecture for Travel Platform
Spotnana has added a multi agent AI architecture to its travel platform, announced in a press release. The company introduced new AI capabilities for travel agents and plans to extend similar tools to travelers and travel managers later this year.
The architecture employs specialized AI agents assigned to specific Spotnana APIs to execute deterministic workflows. This design allows for precise and autonomous actions and enables customers and partners to develop their own AI agents while integrating Spotnana's tools with external systems.
Initial features include an AI agent for routine servicing tasks, automating actions such as processing refunds, validating airline segments, and managing schedule changes. Another AI agent imports externally booked trips into the platform. A co pilot feature assists travel agents by suggesting responses and generating conversation summaries, while AI driven analytics provide detailed servicing reports and insights into task trends.
Spotnana plans to roll out additional AI capabilities for various travel industry roles built on the same flexible architecture in the coming months.
