Cruise Planners Adds AI Tools for Travel Advisors
In a press release, Cruise Planners introduced five tools for travel advisors at its CP World 2026 conference in Fort Lauderdale. The company said it introduced 23 technology updates during 2026.
Maxx Assist provides a conversational interface for researching flights, transfers, hotels, excursions and insurance. Maxx Reach matches clients with promotions and sailings based on travel history, marketing activity, supplier loyalty and predictive analysis, then provides a score and suggested talking points.
Genius Agents includes separate tools for responding to online reviews, managing local search listings and creating social media content. Sensitive reviews and content are sent to advisors for human review.
The updated Trip Summary tool adds supplier lookups, hotel images, client viewing data and two way synchronization with bookings. Maxx SharePlace lets advisors exchange templates, text, flyers, newsletter materials and other resources across the franchise network.
