SK hynix is presenting its latest AI memory technologies, including HBM3E and SOCAMM, at GTC 2025 in San Jose, California.

SK hynix is showcasing its latest advancements in memory technology at the GTC 2025 conference in San Jose, California, announced in a press release. The company is presenting a range of products designed for AI data centers, on-device applications, and the automotive sector.

Among the highlights are the 12-high HBM3E and SOCAMM, a new memory standard for AI servers. SK hynix is also displaying a model of the 12-high HBM4, which is currently under development and expected to enter large-scale production later this year.

Top executives from SK hynix, including CEO Kwak Noh-Jung and President Juseon Kim, are attending the event to engage with global AI industry leaders and explore collaborative opportunities.
