SimSpace Appoints Peter Lee as CEO

SimSpace has appointed Peter Lee as its new CEO, succeeding co-founder William Hutchison, who will remain on the board.

SimSpace has appointed Peter Lee as its new Chief Executive Officer, succeeding co-founder William "Hutch" Hutchison, who will continue to serve on the company's Board of Directors. This leadership change was announced in a press release on June 6, 2025.

Peter Lee brings extensive experience in cyber and AI solutions, having previously served as CEO of RapidMiner, where he led the company through its acquisition by Altair. His background also includes roles at TIBCO Software and DataSynapse, as well as experience in investment banking and strategy consulting.

Lee's appointment is expected to guide SimSpace through its next phase of growth, leveraging his expertise in transforming companies and understanding the business impacts of AI. SimSpace is known for its hyper-realistic cyber simulators designed for elite security teams, enabling organizations to test and optimize their cyber defenses.
