Podium says it surpassed $150 million in annual recurring revenue from AI products in a press release. The company reached the figure within two and a half years, compared with eight years for its original software business.

Podium's AI agents answer calls, respond to leads, book appointments and follow up with customers. More than 20,000 agents are deployed across automotive, home services, aesthetics and health businesses, according to the company.

The company also connects its agents with software for field service management, electronic medical records and automotive sales and service. Podium says its customers have generated more than $13 billion in revenue with help from the agents.
