Space Manager combines occupancy data, employee preferences and floor plan limits to create office layouts, seating plans and attendance schedules.

Freespace launches Space Manager, an AI powered workplace planning tool that combines occupancy data with employee preferences, the company said in a press release. The software creates office layouts, seating plans and attendance schedules for shared office days.

Space Manager collects occupancy data from sensors, badge access systems and WiFi networks. Its planning engine tests layouts and attendance patterns against requirements such as team location and flexible capacity while accounting for floor plan limits.

Organizations can apply selected plans through Freespace apps and digital signs, giving employees information about where and when their teams will work. Space Manager is available now.

The paper reports simulation-based performance, cost, and accuracy-validation results, including Tensordyne’s projected comparison of one Napier rack with a nine-rack Nvidia Rubin plus Groq deployment; the chip is reported as taped out and in fabrication.
