ShipBob Introduces AI Suite for Fulfillment Operations

ShipBob has introduced ShipBob AI, a suite that connects AI tools to merchant operations, warehouse robots, and AI vision systems across its fulfillment network.

ShipBob announced in a press release ShipBob AI, a suite that adds AI tools across its fulfillment stack, from merchant software to warehouse floor systems. The company said the suite is available through its internal fulfillment technology stack, which it has built since 2014.

The system includes a Model Context Protocol connector that links AI tools to a merchant's live operations through Claude, using a connector verified by Anthropic, or through Bobby, ShipBob's in dashboard agent.

ShipBob said the AI suite also connects with autonomous robots and AI vision systems in its global fulfillment network. The tools are designed to handle operational tasks tied to orders, fulfillment workflows, and warehouse activity.
