ServiceNow Integrates Anthropic’s Claude Across AI Platform
In a press release, ServiceNow announced a partnership with Anthropic to integrate the Claude family of AI models into its AI Platform. Claude now serves as the default model for ServiceNow Build Agent, enabling developers to create and deploy agentic workflows that can reason, act, and execute autonomously.
The collaboration extends Claude’s capabilities to industries such as healthcare and life sciences, where it will power new AI agents for tasks like research analysis and claims authorization within ServiceNow’s governed workflows. ServiceNow stated that these integrations could reduce claims processing times from days to hours.
Internally, ServiceNow has deployed Claude and Claude Code to over 29,000 employees. The company reports that its sales teams have seen up to a 95% reduction in preparation time for customer meetings, while engineering teams use Claude Code to accelerate software development and automate coding tasks.
Claude is now available as a preferred model across the ServiceNow AI Platform, joining the company’s multi-model strategy that includes domain-specific and third-party AI models. The platform supports over 80 billion workflows annually, providing unified controls and compliance through the ServiceNow AI Control Tower.
