Secure Passage Launches 24/7 Managed Operational Intelligence Service

September 10, 2026
Secure Passage has launched a managed service that uses its Truman platform and human operators to monitor physical security, operational technology, facilities, robots and drones.

Secure Passage announced in a press release the availability of a 24/7 Managed Operational Intelligence Service powered by its Truman platform. The service operates from the company's 20,000 square foot Mission Operations Center in Kansas City.

Truman collects data from cameras, access control systems, alarms, sensors, building systems, operational technology, robots and drones. It identifies activity that requires attention and recommends actions, while Secure Passage personnel verify events, investigate incidents and coordinate responses.

The service can also monitor HVAC, generators, electrical systems, environmental sensors, fire systems and network infrastructure. Customers can deploy Truman through a Secure Passage managed cloud, a customer controlled cloud, a hybrid setup or an on premises environment.
