Russell Reynolds Associates Appoints Dr. Tomas Chamorro-Premuzic as First Chief Science Officer
Russell Reynolds Associates has appointed Dr. Tomas Chamorro-Premuzic as its first Chief Science Officer, announced in a press release. Based in New York, he will lead the firm’s research and innovation efforts, focusing on data strategy and the development of proprietary insights to expand its leadership advisory capabilities.
In his new role, Dr. Chamorro-Premuzic will oversee the firm’s Center for Leadership Insight, which studies trends affecting modern leadership, including generative AI, board culture, and global market challenges. His work will complement the technological initiatives led by Chief Technology and Data Officer Harpreet Khurana.
Dr. Chamorro-Premuzic previously served as Chief Innovation Officer at ManpowerGroup and as CEO of Hogan Assessment Systems, where he co-developed Russell Reynolds Associates’ Leadership Span model. He is also co-founder of DeeperSignals and MyTrudy, platforms focused on soft-skills and psychometric assessment, and holds academic positions at University College London and Columbia University.
