Robo.ai and Eleven International Form Alif Holding in Abu Dhabi
Robo.ai Inc. has entered a joint venture agreement with Abu Dhabi based Eleven International Holdings to establish Alif Holding, an intelligent industrial technology group headquartered in Abu Dhabi, the company announced in a press release.
Robo.ai will hold a controlling stake in the group. Alif Holding will build intelligent software and smart equipment for government, infrastructure, and industrial sectors in the UAE, the GCC region, and global markets.
The group will operate through two platforms. Its equipment platform will cover robotics, automation, advanced composite materials, intelligent equipment, and manufacturing. Its software platform will cover industrial AI, computer vision, AI agents, large language models, digital twins, data, and analytics.
Alif Holding plans to focus on public sector projects and infrastructure areas including energy, oil and gas, ports, public safety, utilities, mining, transportation, smart cities, and critical infrastructure. The company also plans to build engineering, assembly, and production capabilities in Abu Dhabi under a Made in UAE model.
