Reveel launched Omnicarrier Decision Intelligence, an AI capability for planning and managing shipping networks at the package level. The platform includes carrier modeling, cost monitoring, invoice auditing and conversational data analysis.

Reveel announced in a press release the launch of Omnicarrier Decision Intelligence, an AI capability for planning and managing shipping networks in real time at the package level. The platform includes KPI dashboards, configurable alerts, carrier modeling and integration with the Reveel IQ conversational AI service.

Users can model carrier rate proposals, diversification scenarios, general rate increases and surcharge changes against their actual package level shipment history, and a Carrier Mix Modeler matches shipments with appropriate carriers. The platform also combines spending and performance data across carriers, accounts and locations, while identifying surcharge changes and billing anomalies during the billing cycle.

Audit tools validate parcel and freight invoices against contract terms and provide automated financial grade reporting. Reveel also introduced an MCP Connector that gives AI agents governed access to its services. Omnicarrier Decision Intelligence is available to new and existing customers, and Reveel says it can go live within 48 hours of a completed contract. The company says its users save more than 20% a year on shipping spend on average.
