Quiq Launches Voice Assist for Live Customer Service Calls
Quiq announced in a press release Voice Assist, an agentic AI capability for live customer service calls. The feature is available now.
Voice Assist gives human agents guidance that adapts in real time during calls. It extends Quiq's AI Assistants from chat, SMS, and email to voice, with next best action suggestions, whisper style guidance, sentiment detection, and task completion.
Quiq said Voice Assist can send a tracking link, order details, or a gift voucher on the same conversation thread while the human agent remains on the line. The company said customers using similar assistant capabilities in digital channels have seen a 20 percent decrease in human agent conversation time and an associate satisfaction rate of 4.82 out of 5.
