ElevenLabs Introduces Architect for Building Voice Agents

Oct 19, 2026
ElevenAgents Architect helps teams create and improve conversational agents through voice or text instructions. It analyzes conversations, proposes changes, and tests drafts through simulations.

ElevenLabs introduces ElevenAgents Architect, a built in assistant for creating and improving conversational agents, the company said in a blog post. The tool is available now in alpha and accepts voice or text instructions.

Architect can analyze transcripts, failed tests, increases in escalations, and findings from ElevenAgents Spotlight. It proposes changes to prompts, workflows, knowledge bases, voice settings, procedures, guardrails, and tools, then writes simulations to test the changes.

Each change is stored as a versioned draft and requires approval before it goes live. Teams can access Architect inside ElevenAgents and through Claude, Claude Code, ChatGPT, Cursor, and Grok Bot.
