Quantro Security Unveils Autonomous AI Cyber Defense Platform VM.Analyst

March 16, 2026
Quantro Security has emerged from stealth to launch VM.Analyst, an autonomous AI agent designed to modernize enterprise cybersecurity by automating risk analysis and remediation.

Quantro Security has emerged from stealth to introduce its first product, VM.Analyst, an autonomous AI agent for enterprise cybersecurity, announced in a press release. The platform is designed to combine automated defense with human reasoning to address AI-driven security threats.

Developed by engineers with experience from CrowdStrike, Tenable, and Qualys, VM.Analyst integrates with existing security infrastructures, including vulnerability management tools, cloud security platforms, CMDBs, and firewalls. It normalizes and deduplicates incoming data, allowing its AI agents to reason across multiple datasets and provide actionable intelligence for risk reduction.

The AI agent autonomously evaluates vulnerabilities in the context of an organization’s specific environment, considering compensating controls and configurations. It identifies exploitable risks, recommends remediation steps, and enables analysts to interact via natural-language prompts to execute tasks or gain insights.

Quantro Security is backed by Gradient, an AI-focused seed fund, and will showcase VM.Analyst at the RSAC 2026 Early Stage Expo in San Francisco.
