The project will be located on the West Artificial Island of the Shenzhen-Zhongshan Link, a key part of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area infrastructure network.

The hotel will use embodied AI and multi-robot collaboration across all guest service areas, including reception, room delivery, cleaning, food service, and guest support. The companies plan to implement the project in phases, introducing robotics and AI capabilities progressively through to 2030.

A trial operation is scheduled to begin by the end of 2026, with selected guest rooms and robot-based services opening to the public. Early visitors will experience automated check-in, in-room delivery, and other robotic hospitality functions as part of the initial rollout.
