ProclaimRx Launches AI Platform for Pharmaceutical Commercial Intelligence

ProclaimRx has launched an enterprise-grade AI platform that converts complex pharmaceutical data into real-time, decision-ready insights, announced in a press release. The platform, powered by the PLAiTO Intelligence Engine, aims to replace manual analysis processes with automated intelligence to help commercial teams optimize investments, target customers, and analyze performance within minutes.

The company stated that the platform can automate brand and sales data analysis, reclaiming up to 15 hours per week, and supports investment decisions through on-demand simulations and modeling. It also provides access to proprietary benchmarks and insights while maintaining enterprise-level data security.

As part of the launch, ProclaimRx appointed Eugene Lee as Chief Commercial Officer and Kathy Contratto as Vice President of Customer Operations. Both bring extensive experience in healthcare and life sciences leadership roles. The company will showcase live demos and host an interactive panel at the Pharma CX Marketing Summit in Philadelphia on October 20–21, 2025.
