Priority Dispatch and VectorCare have announced a strategic partnership to enhance dispatch and care delivery through AI-powered solutions, announced in a press release. This collaboration aims to integrate Priority Dispatch's internationally recognized protocols into VectorCare's patient logistics tools, benefiting fire departments, EMS, private ambulance, and hospital teams.

The partnership will see the integration of the International Academies of Emergency Dispatch's (IAED) protocols into VectorCare's platform via Priority Dispatch's ProQA software. This integration is designed to streamline workflows, reduce delays, and ensure patients receive appropriate care promptly. The collaboration also sets the stage for AI-driven dispatch augmentation, where VectorCare's AI agents will assist human dispatchers in managing call volumes and optimizing resource allocation.
