Orbiva and Articura Sign MOU for Healthcare AI in Indonesia

Orbiva, a wholly owned subsidiary of Home Control International, signed a strategic cooperation MOU with Indonesia based Articura on July 23, 2026, the companies announced in a press release. At the signing ceremony, Orbiva also introduced products tailored for the Articura project.

The companies plan to work on healthcare AI infrastructure and digital health solutions for Indonesia. The scope includes healthcare AI reasoning rule systems, healthcare data and knowledge systems for hospitals and clinics, home healthcare, remote monitoring, digital health records, and AI use in hospital settings.

Planned hospital functions include AI enabled consultation before visits, patient triage, clinical decision support, medical record quality control, patient follow up, and tools for hospital operations. Orbiva will contribute AI, AIoT smart device, healthcare data processing, and edge computing technology, while Articura will provide healthcare deployment experience, hospital system integration, and local hospital networks.

Articura also plans to establish a National AI Healthcare Lab for demonstrations, model validation, research, and professional education. Representatives from Indonesia's Ministry of Health and Ministry of Communication and Digital Affairs attended the signing ceremony.
