OpenSpace Reaches 1,000 Data Center Projects with Visual Intelligence Platform
OpenSpace announced in a press release that its Visual Intelligence Platform has been used in more than 1,000 data center projects globally. Over 500 of those projects were added in the past year as demand for AI and hyperscale infrastructure continues to expand.
The platform captures visual records of construction sites through smartphones, 360-degree cameras, and drones. Using Spatial AI, OpenSpace maps imagery to floor plans and building models, giving project teams a real time view of progress. This enables faster issue detection, improved coordination, and reduced risk of delays.
OpenSpace reported measurable results across large projects, including 41% fewer claims, 10 times faster documentation, and a five-week average payback period. Contractors such as Suffolk and Sweet Projects are using the system for data center developments in regions including the United States, the United Kingdom, the Middle East, Europe, Australia, Singapore, and Canada.
The company stated that the platform is now deployed on more than 100,000 projects across 131 countries, serving nearly 400,000 users. These projects cover a combined area of over 69 billion square feet.
